Who we are
Texas Business Law was founded by Michael Cruciani, a seasoned attorney that brings years of experience handling the legal strategy for sophisticated institutional investors to main street business owners and operators.
At Texas Business Law, every one of our clients’ matters is a high-stakes and very personal transaction for our clients, and we represent each client’s interests the way we would want to be represented.
Michael’s education originally took him to Austin, TX, where he studied at the University of Texas and was incredibly blessed to wear the orange and white, playing football for the Longhorns. He earned each of his undergraduate, law and MBA degrees from UT. Michael and his wife currently reside in Austin, and are grateful to be a part of its rich community, where they love spending time outdoors and are very involved in their church.
